At SwarYatra, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless booking experience. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your travel plans. Please carefully review our cancellation and date change policy outlined below:
Cancellation Policy:
All sales are final. Customers may cancel their booking subject to the following conditions:
Cancellation 7 days or more in advance of the trip start date: A cancellation charge of Rs. 1500 or 15% of the booking value, whichever amount is higher, will apply.
Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days in advance of the trip start date: A cancellation charge of Rs. 3500 or 35% of the booking value, whichever amount is higher, will apply.
No cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of the trip start date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within this timeframe.
Date Change Policy:
Customers may request a change to their booking dates subject to availability and the following conditions:
Date change requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original trip start date.
A date change fee of Rs. 500 will apply, in addition to any applicable fare difference.
Date changes within 7 days of the original trip start date will not be accepted.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any disputes regarding cancellations, date changes, or any other matters related to bookings, SwarYatra's decision shall be final.
