Bhim Shila, located just behind the temple, diverted the flow of debris-laden water and earned its name as the "Armor of God".

Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi

The Samadhi of Adi Guru Shankaracharya marks the place where he attained nirvana at the age of 32 and left a lasting legacy in Hindu philosophy and spiritual heritage. It is located just behind the Kedarnath Temple in the Himalayas. Adi Shankaracharya was a renowned scholar and saint and is credited with reconstructing the Kedarnath temple in the 8th century AD.

Bhairavnath Temple
